With regard to specific personal information, the Council will not provide such information to a third party irrespective of the person\u2019s consent, except within the scope permissible under the relevant laws and regulations. If outsourcing part of the Council\u2019s operations is necessary, the Council may provide part of the personal information to the outsourcing company; however, in this case, the Council will appropriately supervise the outsourcing company.\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p class=\"h7\">Appropriate Management of Personal Information\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p class=\"privacy-box_txt\">With regard to personal information, the Council strives to retain such information as the latest and most accurate version to the extent possible within the scope of the purpose of use. With regard to management, the Council gives full attention to safely manage and avoid leaks, loss, or damage to the personal information.\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p class=\"h7\">Disclosure, Correction, Addition, Deletion, and Suspension of Use of Personal Information\n\t<\/p>\n\t<p class=\"privacy-box_txt\">With regard to a specific individual\u2019s personal information, if the person requests the disclosure of personal information or requests the correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of the information, the Council will promptly respond by following the prescribed procedure.
